Job Vacancy in a leading Indonesian based Offshore Oil and Gas Subsea Service Company, for our rapid expanding company, we are looking for professionals, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following positions:

Financial Controller
Qualification:

• Have 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Expertise to manage the improvement of accounting and control processes and ensure optimum use of financial systems
• Have experience in manage the financial operations and systems of the Company.
• Ability to manage the financial systems and staff to support alt management information, financial requirements and ensure regulatory compliance (eg. financial planning, transactions, budget and forecasting, tax etc.)
• Understanding and experience with Indonesian taxation laws

Contracts/Legal Specialist
Qualification:

• Have 3 years experience in a similar position in the Oil and Gas Industry preferrably Subsea
• Understanding of MIGAS/BP MIGAS Requirements and Regulations
• Good knowledgeable and forward thinking as a Contracts/Legal Specialist to provide support to our tendering and business development team,
• Proven experience of reviewing and advising on tendering contracts
• Familiar with tendering processes within Indonesia
• Understanding of marine vessel charter contracts, and marine vessel legal and contractual issues

Project Manager Jakarta
Qualification:

• Have experience working on subsea survey, ROV or diving projects in the offshore oil and gas industry
• Have 3 years experience in a similar project management role
• Understanding of offshore survey and ROV technology and best practices
• Understanding of HSE management and commitment to completing projects safely
• Commercial awareness, and experience managing project budgets

General Qualification:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Excellent IT, Teamwork, Communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Indonesian Laws, Regulations and Processes
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually;
• Self motivated and capable of independent work activities;
